Room 100 started as a personal home development service run by Beverley.  We are now one of the South Wests most experienced luxury home improvement services.  We are a family run business, and pride ourselves on the excellent personal service we provide.  We deal specifically with experienced and qualified local craftsmen who have the ability to transform your dream home into a reality. Over the years Mark has worked on listed buildings in and around the Bath Area, worked with English Heritage, Building Control, and the Planning office. This has equipped us with essential experience.  We can identify any problems in the early planning stages and give you the piece of mind, that the people you are working with are qualified experts.  

We are Based in Berkley, Somerset just outside of Bath. Our personal services range from initial consultation through to the project management of your home build and renovation needs.  We rely heavily on word of mouth and pride ourselves on the reputation we have developed.  We specialise in bespoke custom fitted bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens in addition to building work.  This can range from extensions, period home restorations to loft conversions.
