At this stage in the job we will look to simply build a relationship with you. We will come to discuss your plans, outline any obstacles that you may experience with planning and building regulations to help minimise any delays.
Once we have confirmed if any permission or regulations need to be applied for prior to the work commencing, we can then sit down to clarify and confirm the plans. At this stage if you would like to take advantage of our Virtual World services we can create your 3D Visualisations, prior to calculating the work required and producing a realistic quote.
Mark will then be working hands on project managing the whole job from beginning to end. We have our own part P registered electrician, Corgi gas fitter, Quality stonemason for tiling & Worktops etc, Plasterer, bricklayer, Roofer.
FInally at this stage we will always ensure your home home is built to the highest standards and regulations. Any building checks will be carried out prior to leaving you to enjoy your new and improved home.
